By registering for or using any service on the 35900 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 35900 platform. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under the applicable laws of Malaysia;

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 35900 platform. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 35900 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or passport for verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential;
Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation;
Notifying the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials.

35900 platform shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

Transactions, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 35900 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform from time to time;
Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the platform and may not be transferred to other users;
The platform reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen method;
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name;
The platform reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons.

Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

The 35900 platform reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including the temporary freezing of funds while an investigation is ongoing.

Account Suspension, Closure and Amendments to Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

The 35900 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:

The user is found to have violated any of the rules set out in these Terms;
Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
An account suspected of involvement in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.

Upon account closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, subject to identity verification.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
